From Valley Creek Road or Radio Drive, turn onto City Centre Drive. Proceed into the City Centre Plaza to the Valley Creek Professional Building. The LCC office is located in suite 140 just inside the building on your left. Enter through Horner Family Eyecare and inform the Horner Family Eyecare Receptionist that you wish to see the LCC counselor.
